I had an issue with the hosting company where the site was removed and the account disabled during a server migration on their end. I had the site restored from a backup but the backup only recovered records back to June 22, 2009. Anything posted to the site since that date has been lost. Although our conception of time is so very different to you now... five years? really? You know that our heavy hearts this week, espeically today, are no reflection on knowing you are with Jesus and the pain of your short life is no longer a burden to your spirit. Another year has passed us,
and here we are back to the day when an angel entered our lives...
A boy that had more courage and strength then you can imagine!
and as I sit here listening to that song that makes all are souls yearn to hear his voice singing it at the top of his lungs.
I cant help but think how OUR Lil Stink would want us to feel right now...
And as I sit here with this heavy heart that misses this amazing human being,
I realized something... He would never allow any of us to feel this way!

Wow!I flew in from NY to be with Mom,Dad and Alexa for the 5th Annual Golf Tournament.Your Mom,Dad,lexa and all the wondeful angels did a faboulous job!!!!!!!!!!!I finally was able to be there and experience all the good workk this foundation is doing in memory of you Stephen. From the moment I got on the plane until I left you house I had the most peaceful feeling knowing that you are with all of us. I got to meet alot of mommy and Alexa's friend. They are wonderul people. I also had the pleasure of meeting 2 special boys Nick&Brian that your foundation has helped during their time of need and made their wishes come true. Mom said this was one of the Bestest Touraments Ever she also met a new angel Chef David! God Bless and Glad I got to experience one of the most Meaningful,Beauitful Moments In My Life.

hey stink. joe did it he made a great speech for mrs kenndy for the year book that was dedicated to her by the 8th grade students at st bernards. You know more then anyone that it was so hard for him to get up in front of the whole school with other parents there and read. i knew he would do it with your help. I also lost my son who was 18.He died on May 13, 2005 in a car crash in Lake Worth, Florida.I am beginning my second year without my son and it is difficult.I miss him sooo much and sometimes it hurts real bad.The numbness is wearing off and reality is setting in.We go to some of TCF meetings and find them helpful.Gail is a devoted saint.I also have a website for my son Mike which is as follows. Yesterday I was a volunteer at the first annual Stephen LaBruyere Jr. Charity Golf Tournament. I was kinda thrown into this not really knowing anything about it. But, by the end of the day I was happy and proud to be a part of it. I didn't know Stephen but I felt like I got to know him yesterday. Dear fellow colleagues, workers, etc,
It has come to my attention that Cancer is really devastating our
people, communities, family, etc. The war IS CANCER! After hearing a
heartfelt story about a little boy who recently passed away from this
disease i was really touched. I was informed that his mother Dana, is
currently holding golf tournaments and such to raise money for the Joe
Dimmaggio Hospital in FLA for a resource room. What started out as a
benefit concert at FAU has transformed of planning a national tour in
motion. The tour will try and conquer ever possible state. The goal of
this tour is to spread the awareness of cancer, blood drives, and
emphasize on the support for donations and in remembrance of Stephen
A. La Bruyere, Jr., Pamala Malave-Jones, Lois Butler, Delores A.
Jones. Each artist on the tour can have shirts with pictures of each
of these people or people they have lost. Venues will include: clubs,
hospitals, outside events, festivals, arenas, etc. My goal is to just
do something for the cause and make people feel warm inside during
this time of crisis. Corey Drumz and Prospect of SHow Tyme ENt in
Houston will be helping me organize this, along with Dana's mother. We
plan to conquer each region at a time with month break intervals so
the artists can spend time with their families. We are in talks with
Coca Cola on sponsorship, along with IDC giving us outlets as well in
return for placing their distro catalog in stores! I will be in talks
with Universal/Fo Reel and Nelly, because his sister is currently
dying of cancer and looking for a donor! So i do not know when the
Stephen A. La Bruyere, Jr., Pamala Malave-Jones, Lois Butler, Delores
A. Jones Cancer Awareness tour will kick off, i guess as soon as the
sponsors come through. A % of the proceeds will be donated to Dana's
foundation and The Jones Family, along with any donations the artists
wish to make.

Dana and Stephen keep the faith your baby is in a better place. He was a trooper and battled thru his illness. The kids keep us going, if they can handle the trauma we can handle the stress. What made Stephen happy also made you happy. Cherish every good time you had with him. When they pump poison in me every week, Itry to imagine a baby going thru it and it puts things in perspective, I have no business complaining. God has been good to me and I will cherish whatever time I have with them. Stephen had your strength and your love, he couldn't ask for more. It gave him strenghth and thankfully children have unconditional love, even when life plays cruel jokes on them. Stay strong and live for him. Hey there my Little Stud! How are you? The girls and I were at Chili's the other night for dinner and they were collecting money to help children with childhood cancers. It was cool because you get a big chili peppers to color in anyway that you want to. So we donated and colored our chili peppers in your memory! We're all psyched to do the Light the Night walk this Friday! I know that you'll be there walking with us. I miss you so much my little stud. All those weeks that we spent with you in youth group weren't nearly enough. I cherish every hug, every kiss and every time you told me that you were a stud (of course you were only speaking the truth)! I look at your pictures every day, as I have plenty of them in my room. I keep your prayer card with me all the time. The picture on that card is Christine, Gina and my favorite! We call that your "I'm a stud" pose! You really are a little stud! Hello friends and family of Stephen. We will be hosting the Lil' Stink comedy show on Thursday November 11th 2004. Which happens to be Veterans Day so everyone should have the day off. It will be at Governer's Comedy Club in Levittown Long Island at 8pm, doors open at 7:15pm. We are in contact with the Yankee's and we are hoping for a few surprises that night. Please get the word out the tickets are $20 and $17 of those will be going back to the Love Jen Fund in memory of Stephen LaBruyere. Dear Little Stephen,we never had the pleasure of meeting you but know some of your beautiful family thru the shop in Brooklyn.Your strength and courage is being passed on to all who knew you as well as those who never got the chance to even meet you. Because of the messed up world we live in,God needed more courageous angels to assist him. Steven, I only met you once or twice when you came into Magic Mirror with you grammie, and from the moment i saw you you were an inspiration to me, with the strenght that you had and the sweet little face. May all who go through trials think of you and get inspired by your brave heart and faith. May you know that your faith never goes unseen. For Jesus said we must all have the faith of a child and He never hinders them to come unto him. A child like you becomes and example for the adults. Stephen, I miss you so much. I have been looking for signs. You give me and our whole family alot of them. I always think about the time when we used to play that game I made up called slamdunkers when I used to take you and throw you on the air mattress when I came to visit you in floirida. You would always laugh. You loved it. I had so much fun doing it. I also remember when Tom, Joe, Julianne, Jennifer and I would call you even botts. I love you! I miss you cheese. When your mom told us (youth group) she was pregnant we were so excited to have our "first youngest member" and when you were born we could hear the angels sing. You bring so much joy and happiness into my life, just thinking of you makes me smile. When God chose you to join him it was like a recreation, the angels began to sing again. It was then that I knew it was right. But to this day I still feel you with me and hope you can only help God guide me in the right directions. Please watch over Alexa, mommy, and daddy.
